Sarah McNicol launched Juicy Glass in 2000, the third in a series of architectural glass businesses. Juicy Glass has produced large scale glass artwork (to Sarah's designs) for a range of private, commercial and public clients around the world.

Mark Shaw is the founder of Jupiter Design, currently the UK's second largest design for print agency. He has been chairing the Nottingham Creative Business Awards and recently published a textbook on copywriting. He is a brand consultant for the UK Design Council and an emda Business Champion. He is passionate about helping young creative businesses to prosper.
