Martin Knox has spent 25 years working with some of the UK's best known retail groups and fashion/sports brands. He instigated and developed a multi-disciplinary design company working on all aspects of how his client companies presented themselves, their businesses and their products. The company gew to an income of £2.5m with a staff of 18. As it grew and became more successful, its founding philosophies and values became compromised by his management team. So, in 2002 Martin decided to close it down and concentrate on working with clients in ways much more intimately associated with his vision for defining new and appropriate ways of thinking, being and working. Very successfully

We are now in times of great change. Times where the old and accepted ways of doing business are simply not working, as is being spectacularly illustrated by the collapse of the financial industry last October.
