Thank you for your help in broadcasting details of the Mentoring for All programme.  I have set out below some background information. For February and March, I have been asked by NBV to help market the Mentoring for All programme.  The programme is available to all small and medium sized businesses in the five East Midlands counties and offers amazing value to any business wanting to try the benefits of having a mentor.   The Mentoring for All programme is an EMDA funded programme being delivered by NBV (Nottingham Business Venture) and offers ten mentoring sessions from a business coach over a twelve month period for £250 plus VAT. Most business managers have had a mentor in their career, who has both helped them as a sounding board on all sorts of issues that they may face and/or has helped to give them clarity and direction.  The Mentoring for All programme can do just the same for business owners and senior managers today with the help of an independent and confidential NBV coach.  There are over 200 different coaches and they are matched to an individual business after a business review has taken place. The benefits of having a mentor are:
