Paul Hough (ex Nottingham Creative Network) of the Creative Greenhouse www.creativegreenhouse.org.uk is working jointly with consultants on the regeneration of the Welbeck Village part of the Welbeck Estate - location of the Harley Gallery. The plans are for a sustainable 'village' that is currently being refurbished as 'creative' business space, with the aim to bring to life a creative community. The website has just gone live www.welbeckproject.com and Phase 1 has already been completed and has opened as the School of Artisan Food www.schoolofartisanfood.org with major funding from EMDA.

What is planned, is an introductory welcome in the School's lecture theatre and then a guided tour of the site. This is intended to be held in late January 2010 and the Welbeck Estate are currently looking for medium-sized IT, video, graphic design companies, etc who would be interested in attending either to offer advice or with a view to relocating to what is an amazing location.
There'll be no hard sell and cakes on offer from the School of Artisan Food to entice you!
