Adam Spinos from Look4Ideas is currently in the process of acquiring a 455 sq.m (4900 sq ft) Industrial Unit, 1-2 min walk from a tram stop and a 10 min tram ride from the heart of Nottingham.
The industrial unit will comprise of office space, workshops, gallery space, central heating and street parking.

Look4Ideas are working on a new concept to use three offices (possibly small workshops) on a medium to long term basis and a pay as you go (PAYG) workshop area primarily suitable for designers.
Look4Ideas will also be based at this location.

There will be three offices/small workshops available each to share between two individuals on a permanent basis for £50+ VAT per person per week (or £100pw single user) with a flexible minimum contract of six months.
All permanent individuals/companies will have 24/7 access and free booking of the workshop area and gallery space to use as an exhibition space, fabrication, an event or as they require to deliver their work and promote their business.

This fee also includes countil tax, electricity for office use, fast broadband with Wi-Fi and central heating.

The workshop area and gallery space will be available on pay as you go basis 'A creative hotel' where any creative individual can use and book in advance for a small fee depending on the project and space required.

Design, create, make, or just visiting Nottingham to do some work or test the creative waters of the region

Individuals, companies and organisations are also welcome to book the spaces for event presentations, exercise workshops, teaching, meetings and exhibitions.
