Nottinghamshire County Council Arts Service invites applicants for Nottinghamshire Creative 2010, a tailored training and development scheme which aims to provide support to local crafts people and encourage creative businesses in the county to thrive. Nottinghamshire Creative 2010 will provide peer learning and mentoring opportunities, explore applied business skills and improve and extend curatorial expertise. To apply you must be;

The culmination of the scheme will be The Creative Greenhouse Christmas Guft Exhibition opening on Sunday 14 November and running until Sunday 3 January 2011 at Rufford Gallery, Rufford Abbey Country Park, Nottinghamshire NG22 9DF www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/arts Selected applicants will be required to commit to attending the full 10 day programme of meetings, training and mentoring days (running from mid May to December 2010), most of which will take place on Fridays. In addition participants will be involved in the process of organising and installing work for the exhibition.
