As a Course Leader you will be highly creative with excellent design and concept skills, and able to demonstrate relevant industry experience along with delivering at HE level. The post will also require you to manage and guide students through their design course, offering practical advice, design theory and tutorial support. The pathways through the course are, but not exclusively, spatial, craft, graphics and product. An ability to write and deliver exciting and innovative projects is an essential quality you should possess. The successful candidate will be expected to co-ordinate a small team of full and part time staffing the delivery of such projects, overseeing assessments, curriculum planning and quality. Experience of teaching at this level is highly desirable. You will hold a level 4 or higher qualification in a relevant subject.
